Information and Details

Congradulations on being selected for the FSU PD new rider program for your first trackday!

I am going to provide you with some details and information regarding the event that will help you to plan ahead for your trackday.

You should have already receveid an email from Sergeant Jason Harris, please be sure to read that entire email and feel free to contact him with any questions you might have.

  1. The Jennings physical address is: 4960 NW CR152, Jennings, FL 32053
  2. The gates to the track open approximately 5 PM on Friday. You can enter any time after 5. But please be courteous to people who are picking up from their day and preparing to vacate. If you are riding Sunday, please be courtious to the people that may still be at the track on Saturday when you arrive.
  3. Gates close Friday and Saturday night at 10 pm. If you're camping at the track, you MUST be inside the gates before they lock, or you are stuck.... If you are not camping at the track, you must be out before they lock the gate. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Gates re-open at 7AM. So please keep in mind when going to dinner, Saturday night for example. Please do not cut it close. Mary’s clock (the woman that works the gate) may not be synced with yours. Give yourself 10-15 mins of buffer.
  4. Camping is allowed at the track, see notes in above... lol.
  5. Everyone coming in to the track, rider, spectator, family, pit crew, etc... must pay a $10 gate fee. This applies to everyone, no exception. You will be given a wrist band, do not remove it for the duration of the event and you won't have to pay the gate fee again.
  6. If you’re staying at a Hotel, the Days Inn in Valdosta does offer a slight discount if you mention you are there for JenningsGP.
  7. Jennings does allow pets but they must be leashed and must be taken care of. Meaning you must pick up anything the animal leaves behind… We recommend if you’re coming alone that you do not bring pets. You will not have any time to care for them. This includes your children. But we very much encourage you to bring friends and family with you!
  8. If you bring kids, please be sure they are cared for and behaved while onsite. With the number of vehicles, it can easily become a dangerous situation for kids.
  9. There is a lunch truck that will be onsite both days serving breakfast and lunch, please bring cash as cell service there can be sketchy for payments.
